Elegant Winter Wedding in Franklin, Indiana

All eyes settled at the front of the room and for a moment there was silence. The Officiant looked to Jason, standing proudly in his sharp black suit, and asked him to recite his vows. Jessica, radiant in her off-white gown and swooping veil, looked into his eyes with anticipation. When he began to speak, her eyes grew wide with surprise. He was not speaking English. He was reciting his vows in German, the language spoken by Jessica’s mother and family. It was a special way to celebrate such a special moment on such a special day.

Everyone should know a couple like Jessica and Jason. Every time we see them, they are so enthusiastically in love with each other that Grace and I can’t help but leave smiling. They began their year with exciting new changes - from buying an adorable home in Jessica’s hometown to becoming Mr. & Mrs. this past weekend. Their excitement to be growing as a couple is infectious and we can’t wait to watch their journey!

Jessica and Jason, thank you so much for choosing us to serve you on your wedding day. Seriously, you both were absolutely amazing to work with. We have loved spending time with you from the day we met at The Inkwell in Bloomington where you arrived late after getting caught up together at the Jordan Greenhouse, to your Engagement Session at Holliday Park where you showed us what a good cocktail is, and finally this last weekend at the Elks Lodge for your wedding day. You both have treated us with a warm kindness in a way that only friends do. Even though the wedding is day is over, we know we will get together again - maybe for a cocktail in Bloomington this time!
