Fall Family Session at Mill Race Park

Mill Race Park was bustling with people, from a gender reveal party on the south side of the park to a family reunion on the north side. The pond glistened in the sun and the ground was littered with brown, orange, and red leaves. Fall was in full swing signifying the perfect time for updated family photos.

I met Lyra and her parents last year when we photographed her parent's wedding. Lyra was only one-year-old at the time and slept through the entire wedding reception. A lot has changed since then. Now Amanda and Don are just WEEKS away from welcoming their second baby and Lyra is being promoted to Big Sister. Next time I see this sweet family will be at their home as they welcome their newest baby into their lives.

Don and Amanda, thank you for allowing me to capture Lyra at this fun age. She's got the brightest eyes and the sweetest little voice, even when she's telling me "no". I can't wait to get the text saying baby #2 is on the way. See you guys in just a few short week!
