The autumn sunset cast a soft, beautiful light upon the Fowler pumpkin patch. In a field of colorful pumpkins, gourds, and vines sat a 1-year-old named Josie. Her eyes were focused on one thing -- the pumpkin pie. Her parents added a fun little twist to the classic Cake Smash, and instead opted for a Pie Smash in light of the season. After carefully analyzing the new food in front of her, Josie tasted a bit of whipped cream on the tip of her finger. Within minutes, she was grabbing handfuls of the pie. She was a happy kid, and Shelly and Max were happy parents.
A little more than a year ago, we were with Shelly and Max for their maternity session. They met us at Olcott Park in Bloomington on another dreamy autumn evening. It’s incredible how much their little family has grown since then! Josie is a fully mobile toddler now with the ability to crawl with pace. She’s a compulsive smiler with some wild blonde hair. From Shelly and Max’s maternity session to their newborn session, and now to their little acorn’s 1-year session, we’ve been there to capture some precious memories. We have loved every moment of it!
Shelly and Max, thank you so much for choosing us as your photographers. We cannot express how happy we are for you two to have a beautiful little girl! You both are fantastic and devoted parents. We had a great time at the pumpkin patch working with you all and have now decorated our home with the pumpkins and gourds of varying shapes and sizes that we got there.
