She stood gazing out the window in the parlor at the First Christian Church in Bedford. Almost 3 decades earlier, her mother had looked out the same window before her own wedding. The natural light turned Michelle’s dress into a brilliant work of art. The parlor hadn’t changed much over the years - in fact, the same blue carpet and white drapes could be seen in Michelle’s parent’s wedding album.
It feels like a lifetime ago when we first met Jacob and Michelle. We met in our remote office location, a.k.a. Starbucks back in December of 2019. There wasn’t a single mask in sight as we talked about their custom engagement ring and wedding bands. Everything has changed since then, but Michelle and Jacob adapted. They followed standard health practices ensuring a safe socially distanced ceremony and reception. They had hand sanitizer easily accessible and their wedding party had custom masks that matched their wedding colors. As your photographers, we appreciate it!
Michelle and Jacob, thank you so much for trusting us to capture your special day. We felt like family on your wedding day and we can’t wait to watch your love grow as you begin your lives as husband and wife.
