Gorgeous Fall Wedding at Laural Mill
He stood alone in the shade of the old bridge outside of Laural Mill. There was a breeze that was blowing across the pond and through the cornfield. It was a beautiful September day. Above him, old-fashioned white lanterns swayed peacefully. Evan was waiting for his very first look at Avarie in her wedding gown. Avarie emerged from the barn holding her dress in one hand and her bouquet in the other. She crossed the lawn and approached Evan.
Three steps away.
Two steps away.
One step away.
Avarie reached out and lightly tapped her soon-to-be husband on the shoulder. A smile broke across both of their faces before they even saw each other. They turned, locked eyes, and started laughing. Any nerves that they had during the morning melted away as they held hands and giggled about how they were about to get married. Avarie showed Evan the back of her dress and Evan felt how much her bouquet weighed (it was HEAVY). From this moment on, they would take on the day together.
Evan and Avarie, thank you so much for choosing us to photograph your engagement and wedding! You both have such down to earth/go-with-the-flow personalities that we felt more like family at your wedding than your photographers. In addition to your great personalities, your wedding was GORGEOUS. While I could go on and on about how much we loved serving you, I think I’ll cut it short: Cheers to you both, we wish you all the best and hope we can work together again soon!
