2020 has been WEIRD. With new information and new cases every day, it's hard not to feel uneasy.
We can only imagine how stressful it is to be planning a wedding right now.
So, we want to do what we can to help. We are a small business and we are scared for our future. We are also scared of the global impact of the coronavirus. But we will choose compassion over fear. Our business has already been impacted and will continue to be impacted for the indefinite future, but we will be okay. And we want to do everything we can to make sure you are okay too.
We spent a few weeks in a panic, but now we have a plan. It's a rough plan that's subject to change, but it's a plan.
What we are doing:
Beginning June 1, 2020, we will begin scheduling a limited number of sessions each week.
We will be even more flexible when it comes to session reschedules.
We will wash our hands before every session and regularly throughout a wedding day.
We won't shake your hand or hug you, even though we really want to. Instead, we can awkwardly wave, air hug, or air chest bump.
We won't touch you. And we will maintain 6ft between us at all times.
We will wear masks during sessions/weddings.
We will be honest about our health.
With the exception of weddings where we will both be in attendance, only one photographer will be attending sessions.
With the exception of weddings, all sessions will be scheduled outdoors.
What we ask of you:
We are fulltime caregivers. Please tell us if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms, or have been around someone that is feeling unwell or showing symptoms.
Please bring a mask to your session and wear it when you are not being photographed and when we are changing locations.
Maintain 6ft between us at all times.
Your session experience might be a little unusual. Please laugh with us.
Please reach out if you have ANY questions or concerns. We promise to be flexible.
