The overcast gray sky above gently sprinkled snow on the land below like powdered sugar. The scenic Oliver Winery bustled with activity as people from all walks of life congregated to taste the sweet (and dry) beverages that this southern Indiana establishment had to offer. While most people escaped the cold in one of the tasting rooms nearby, Josh and Kari stood outside. Their eyes locked naturally as the snow silently fell around them. The peacefulness of this moment gave it a life of its own.
We have known Josh and Kari for what feels like forever. They knew us well before we began running this photography business together. Josh even lived across the hall from me in our townhouse during our senior year of college. Now that these two live in Cincinnati, we always cherish the time we spend together reminiscing about the “good old days” and learning about what's new in their lives. Since they happen to be an adorable couple as well, we couldn’t let them leave town before getting some beautiful snowy portraits!
Josh and Kari, where do we even begin? We miss when we saw each other every single day. Looking back, it was a lot like one really long episode of Friends. It’s so great to have you both still so close, and we hope to make it to your neck of the woods soon!
